April 2018 – Storebrand Eiendomsfond Norge KS has secured Destilleriveien 11, a state of the art, modern office-, warehouse- and production facility at Gjelleråsen just outside Oslo. The vendor is Canica Eiendom AS.
Gross property value is approximately NOK 1,700 million.
The property encompasses 51,500 sqm of building space on a 139,900 sqm freehold site, let on a 25-year, triple-net contract to Arcus, with ~19 years remaining, generating an annual income of NOK 80,1 million. Arcus moved into the facility at Gjelleråsen in 2012 as it was completed. The facility is one of Europe’s most modern and advanced production facilities of its kind. Gjelleråsen is a popular hub for logistic/industrial properties in greater Oslo, enjoying excellent infrastructure and easy access to the main highways.
